Christmas is just around the corner - I couldn’t believe it when Daddy told me that a big old man – called Santa – who has a white beard comes down a chimney to deliver present when I sleep and gets into to our house by traveling on a flying sleigh that is pulled through the night sky by heard reindeer’s… wow! Whats more we have to leave a mince pie for Santa with a glass of brandy to wash it down and a carrot for his head reindeer called Rudolf who apparently has a really bright nose.
Now the present giving is ranked by how good you have been through the year. I asked Daddy how long a year is? Can you believe that its 52 weeks long! I know that sounds crazy, especially when I am only seven weeks old. However, Daddy said that it was fine as Sana relaxes the rules for us new babies. If you have been good and not got on the naughty list, you get to write a list of what you want for Christmas. Luckily Mummy let me dictate my list to her, though I did struggle a bit as for the last seven weeks people have been bringing me lovely presents every time they visit, though Daddy suggested Lego which sounds well cool, I wonder what else I could put on my list?

Funny Face
Wow, I’m almost a month old already – well it will be four weeks to the day this

Granny & Granddad
Wednesday since my birth day. However, i’m not sure if I can actually say that I am one month old as the date will only be the 25th, so do I have to wait till the 28th, as I was born on that date? I’m not sure of the offical policy on month counting – wonder if Mummy knows?
Well as you can see I haven’t been blogging much recently, but that’s because I have been so busy. Firstly my Granny and Granddad came up to visit which was great especially as I got to play with Granddads radio. I’ve been watching loads of Rugby and its been improving. I got to see my Uncle Rob and Auntie Laura, though I was really jealous as Daddy and uncle Rob had stake and chips which looked well nice and I was stuck with milk… again! I really expected the menu to be slightly better in the real world, but it looks like I’ve got milk for on the menu for another few months, maybe by summer I might be ready for some BBQ’s?

Monkey
Oh well it was fun while it lasted but my Dad is now having to go back to work tomorrow. It’s a shame as we have had so much fun over the past two weeks and he has become a pro (most of the time) at changing my nappy and has amazed Mum in that he can actually do some house work too, who would have thought!
Though its not too bad as he’s only got three days to do then its the weekend, and we have another Wales rugby match to look forward to watching on Friday. Also, Granny and Granddad are coming up to stay for the night tomorrow which should be fun.
I’m about to go to sleep now and as you can see in the picture that Daddy took i’m going to bed with Monkey, which Nana knitted for me – thanks Nana x

British Born Tuhami's
It is so true, time really does fly when you are having fun. I can not believe that I am already a week and a half old and more importantly I am now heavier then when I was born. I did loose almost 10% of my weight in the first few days which did get Mummy worrying, but thanks to her feeding me loads I am now heavier then 9lbs already!
This weekend I had a few new visitors, firstly my Dad’s brother and sister came up from Cardiff, Uncle Adam and Auntie Hana – it was great to see them and we went out for a lovelly long walk. What was nice is that they came up with lovelly home made presents, Uncle Adam carved me a birth block and Auntie Hana brough a present from my Nana which was a really nice and funky knitted monkey.
After that we had Uncle Jon and Auntie Jo come over and we watched the rugby, unfortunately Wales did not win, mainly due to the referee being completely biased to New Zealand!
You can see more photos from my second week here.
Bye,
JT x

Blue Feet
I had a great day, most of it was spend outside of the house having fun, unlike yesterday where I was forced to go shopping at BlueWater!. Firstly we went to this place called the All Fired Up, where we had great fun

In the Pub with my Mummy
making mess with paint. Some nice lady put paint on my feet, I then put them on a piggy which I think was a money box and two plates. Daddy then tried to paint then and make them look nice, though I wasnt that convinced he was doing a good job, I think that he needs more practice with arts and craft. We had to leave what I made to be glazed and put into a kiln, but i’ll post up a picture when we get them back to show you what they looked like.
The best think about going to All Fired Up was that I was able to meet up with some of my buddies, Dino, Olliver, Ciaran, Grace and Ben – they all were subjected to feet and hands being put in paint which was well funny especially like me we got mess every where which was hard to wipe off afterward.
Later on in the afternoon we went to the Pub to meet more of my crew, Alfi and Esme – they too were looking really well though slept for most of the time while I had two drinks
They also told me that there Mummy mentioned me on her Blog – how cool is that!
Got to go now as I want Daddy to take me up to the top of the house to look at the fireworks.
Bye, Bye

Relaxing on the sofa
It is so nice and quite in the house, Mummy and Daddy are asleep so I thought that I would do a quick update of my blog and tell you what I got up to yesterday. It was a day full of visitors with Uncle Ben and Auntie Heather coming over with my buddies Esme and Alfie. We had such fun sleeping in a row on the sofa making funny noises as whizzes pops together!
After that we had a quiet bit to the middle of the day watching the last Grand Pix in the Abu Dhabi Yas Marina circuit which looked amazing. Its been such a great championship to listen to and I am so glad that I finally got to see a race opposed to listing to it (or part of it) in Mummy’s tummy.
Lastly but not least we had Auntie Flake (Rebecca) come over who brought us a lovely lasagna (two days in a row we have had this after Nana brought one over yesterday
, some plum crumble and a lovely hat, though unfortunately it was too small as already I am a big boy.
I’m off now to have a play on my PS3 before Mummy and Daddy wake up.
Ciao,
Jacob x

I think I am about to burp
Ah, what a lovely day I have just had at home. After keeping Mum and Dad up for most of my first night I thought that I would behave myself during the day… and guess what I did!
First visitor of the day was from Aunty Kat which was fun as she brought us banana muffins, obviously I’m not eating them yet, but they did smell really good.
We then had the midwife over, which was funny as Mummy was in the shower when she called over so Daddy had to fill her in on the details about me… I think that he got most of it right?
In the afternoon we had Auntie Hannah come over, though Daddy had to go and pick her up from Peckham as she took the wrong bus, silly Auntie Hannah.
The best though was saved till last as I had Nana Hazel pop over all the way from Cardiff (which apparently is a long drive) and my Nanny brought me a lovely wooden duck that makes a quacking sound. Daddy was funny with it as he pulled it around the living room talking to it, I smiled but made sure no one saw me – thanks Nana, I love you xxx

This is my Nana
Well, its the night now and I’m just debating how good I should be through the night?

Yeah i'm about to go in my house for the first time!
Yeah, this was my third day in hospital and I am finally being taken home. My Mummy is so happy as she’s had enough of the hospital, there were a few nice people but there were too many who weren’t and nice as they should be.
Daddy took me home in the car and didn’t drive too fast which was disappointing, but what was cool is finally getting home to inspect Daddy’s DIY. After spending the past 9 months listening to Daddy bash various things it was great to see that the pad turned our quite nice, apparently Mummy told me that she never had any doubts that Daddy would finish on time.
So I’m about to go to bed now after watching a disappointing performance from the Ospreys, no surprise really – cant wait to watch the Blues tomorrow, though they will be without a few of their internationals due to the big match for Wales next week.
Bye, bye,
Jacob x

Please take me home with my Mummy
I’m gutted, still in hospital – can you believe that and after my Mummy had no drugs when she was pushing they forgot to give me something called antibiotics and now I have to stay in longer. Hopefully Daddy will come in tomorrow and convince them to let me and Mummy go home.

One of my first pictures
Yes, finally I am here and wow my Mummy the best, in the end it didn’t take to long and she was amazing. It was so nice to see her and check our Daddy’s crazy glasses. I’ve got to stay in overnight, but hopefully I will be going home tomorrow I cant wait because Mummy lost a bet and now needs to get Daddy a PS3 because he guessed that I was going to be a boy… clever Daddy!
